This app for Zendesk Support displays Stripe subscriptions, invoices, and payments details to support agents while they serve customers. The app find matching subscriptions, invoices, and payment details based on customer’s email address and phone numbers. Agents can see list of active/trial/cancelled subscriptions including the details such as billing cycle, payment status. All of this is done without leaving Zendesk.

Why is this app not on the Zendesk Marketplace?
Initially, we developed this app and sent this to the Zendesk Marketplace team. Unfortunately, we learned Zendesk was not professional and honest through its app review process. They made false accusations about our work but were unable to provide any details/evidence to us. Instead of disclosing the details, they chose to terminate our agreement. This said, we decided to make this app available for everyone for FREE.
