Yes, all of our themes come with lifetime warranty and support on standard code. As long as the code is standard, we will fix if there’s any issues or bugs.

Initially, we developed our themes and sent them to the Zendesk Marketplace team for their review. Unfortunately, we learned Zendesk was not professional and honest through their review process. They made false accusations to us but unable to provide any details or evidence. This said, we decided not to deal with Zendesk Marketplace team anymore.
